Several people have reached out to me lately and I haven’t been able to reach back to most. My internal struggles (that I’ve never been able to express well on a blog or spoken aloud) are feeling heavier than normal. I feel as though I’m being pulled by the gravity of a giant star that has grabbed me and I’m helpless to pull away.
Take it however you want it, but I wanna do bad things… right now.

On my way to a waaay early Nephrologist appointment. BTW, I have an even earlier appt. tomorrow am w/ my transplant team. My first 6 mo checkup without having been in hospital a single day! Yay! (Nephrologist = kidney doctor.)
Just some lovely ugly lyrics that’ve been floating around in my head for the last week or so. Even though the song sounds like a less-than-desirable choice of music, it has one of those tunes that kinda gets stuck on ‘repeat’ in one’s head.
By it’s nature, blogging is dramatic, selfish, mean-spirited and oftentimes hurtful. Let’s face it, not everyone is going to agree with your (or my) opinion, and if you read it (or write it) chances are you’ll have your feelings hurt at some point.
For more than two days I stared at the CNN headline on my Vista side-bar “Girl carries secret baby to hospital, still attached” with an emotion that can only be described as ‘beyond angry and ready to reach through the internet and strangle someone’.
